What are you all serving this weekend?

I've prepared a romesco sauce to serve with roasted chicken supremes and griddled asparagus and baby leeks, a little rocket salad on the side.

Tomorrow will be roasted belly pork with veg and pud TBD.

I made a pasta bake with a tomato, garlic and white wine sauce, to which I added Spinach and feta. I topped this with a cheese sauce and covered in cheesy breadcrumbs.

It was rather lush - his worship has asked me to make again.
last night prawn and avocado salad with homemade parmesan and sun dried tomato bread..strawberry trifle......today think it will be a homemade 4 cheese and ham quiche with salad....

Lots of ideas and inspiration for the week ahead.

I'll be surprised if Ethandron has room for ragu today after yesterday's feast. Braised red cabbage is definitely going to be knocked up this week, and it freezes brilliantly so I'll be able to have a few portions to look forward too.
