Well That Passed An Hour

Just had a schizo neighbor threaten to kill me....
Loads of cops about at the mo.
Actually feel for the bloke, cant imagine what hell he must be living?
Nothing altruistic about this post, just cant imagine living with an illness like that!
I was totally prepared to defend myself (and able) if needs be, but can not understand why people like this constantly slip through the system?
He was obviously having an 'episode'.

Physically, no, not really patsy.
He's only a young lad and I know that I can take care of myself if needs be.
More shook up that people are left in this state in the first place.
Ended up with several police vans/cars and numerous officers in his flat for what is essentially a psychological episode.

//nailit must have been shocking for you but at least you walked away relatively unscathed//
Tony, at least im still here lol.
A bit unnerving but more concerned about the poor bloke. He was crying as he'd lost a friend today but then he turned a bit ugly.
It was one of my neighbors who actually rang the police.
Just understand why so many police had to attend if Im honest. Loads of vans + the usual cars.

You are, as we know, one of the 'good guys', nailit. Sounds like a very bad situation. Hard to cope with - but you did.
So much wrong with delays and systems that it is hard to know where to start..
Not the same subj., but allied. Last year I complained to my surgery that recalls and assessments for various conditions each required a different date for attendance. Eg. my asthma yearly check is one date and my eye problems are another date. HOORAY! This afternoon I heard that the system is being altered so that one person will get one assessment for all. This sort of tightening-up needs to be applied everywhere - then perhaps those needing more follow-ups might stand out. Just a thought - but it might help.
