Antique watch!

I have an old fob watch that was a part of my late Father's collection (He repaired them). It looks very old and has the words 'perfect ....lever '' clearly marked on the lower face. It has a silver case and the finer details and engravings appear to be gold in places? The only other details I can see is that it says 'swiss made' on the face and a word that looks like 'registered' above the centre / hands. The word definitely ends in ...istered, but the first three figures are not quite clear. Can anybody shed any light on this and was 'registered' an actual make? (maybe someone can advise where to look for further markings.) Thanks in advance..
