Probably not.

I am not a Christian, so obviously unoffended by it - but plenty are, and it may upset a number of them.

Where did you get this from Retrochic? Have you seen a photo of God?

As a Christian this photo does not offend me, I don't think it looks anything like Jesus Christ - too white!

Religion is nothing more than a source of comfort ... (until it becomes a source of oppression by a ruling religious elite).

So, giving comfort to football fans by wearing an amusing costume is a natural extension of that.
