I loved mackerel until I was told they did their feeding where the sewage pipe went into the sea. Don't know if that's true but it put me off forever.

It was only while we were eating our chicken dinner that we thought that it "should" be a fish night. It's not really significant to us - so no, we didn't eat fish tonight.

Yes, I had salmon with a lemon & dill dressing,though not particularly because it's ... 'Good Friday'

I made a fry up for breakfast (bacon, sausage, black pudding, white pudding, eggs, mushrooms, grilled tomatoes and bubble and squeak)

Later had Asian beef noodle soup :-)

I coated some cod fillets in a Japanese breadcrumb and jerk seasoning mix. Not for any reason, but just wanted to use the fish up as it had been in my freezer a while.
