Home Again!

We went to Kidwelly in South Wales on Monday. It rained from the minute we left home until lunchtime today. We decided enough was enough. There was no pleasure in walking round towns in the rain no matter how picturesque they are.
So we came home today instead of Friday.
It's a real shame as we probably will not get another holiday for quite a while.
OH has his appointment for his operation. It's the 20th May.

Of the home countries Wales is somewhere I've not being to yet, I don't speak the language... seems a bit greek to me ;-)

Seriously though it is a shame your break was cut short due to the weather, we all need to take a time-out now and again, all the best to your OH hope that one turns out for the better.

Kidwelly is a lovely town. I know it well. Did you know Caran that it's the only place in Wales where the double L is pronounced as you'd pronounce it in English ie as if it had only one L?

It's also home to the very first Renault dealership in the UK and probably the biggest if it comes to that.
