Good Morning Early Birds!

Sunday. Some very good rugby yesterday. Two good, clean very close matches. Italy and Scotland have both improved immensely. Good to see. Ireland v Wales. on ITV programme starts at 1400, kick off 1500. should be another good game.

Well. The rain has stopped...for a while, but the wind is still giving it some welly. Roll on summer!

Lol ... & I love those moments! I have my grandaughter at 10.00am ... I was hoping for good weather to take her to town for the Chinese New year ... but it doesn't sound promising, we'll see.

I am fine ta..not at mums though..after taking sis to airport.. I got new telly for mum set it up..supervised her making dinner etc..and she insisted that I came away..the plan was for me to stay a while and get her back into the swing of things, but she said she wanted to get on with it..so gudgingly I am at home myself..that was her first night alone since we lost dad..there will always have to be a first though..going up this morning and brother coming through from Dumfries..so will see how she managed...have left my wee case packed in car though ..

That sounds good minty. It looks to me like mum is taking her life and home back on her own terms. that's good. But I know you will keep an eye on her. :o}

I will go impose myself on her on a couple of nights mid week though..just to be sure she is coping...

she managed dinner fine..but I was staying 2/3 nights a week before we lost dad anyway so to stay over like that now is just normal really..so I will sell it to mum like that...will feel happier myself if I do that ..

That makes sense minty. I think she will go for that OK. With brother coming too all should be well. Give her something to take her mind off things.
