Good morning to each and every one of you. NW Wales looking very dark at the moment (well it is before 5, I hear you cry). Hoping it won't rain today but I fear there will be more of the moist stuff.

Morning folks xx

I think the clouds have been painted on as they don't seem to be doing much.
Morning all! I think you're right albs! They're not moving at all.

A lovely sight in my garden this morning, about an hour and a half ago. A hedgehog getting stuck into the slugs and snails! Wonderful! :o}

Morning Mrs Keyboards, still black as the ace of spades here. I promise i'll get that mail off to you today.
lol Sweetcheeks. x Mrs Keyboards indeed. Bought a posh mouse from that shop (other shops are available) but finanaces would stetch to the fudge cake and toffee ice cream, told Mr Alba about it and he salivated too. Methinks a visit is on the cards today.

Boaty xx Have a lovely image of hedgehog wearing a bib:-)
lol albs! He/she was hungry and having a great time! :o}

Morning Boaty - don't forget the knife and fork, sweetpea lol. I didn't get chance to call in to 'that' shop where they keep slapping their backsides but after i've been to the churchyard tonight it will be my first stop!!
Knife and fork not required Welshie! :o}
jeepers, should have read finances wouldn't stretch. Fingers are enthusiastic this morning.

Been meaning to ask how the roses are coping in this weather (to sweetcheeks and Boaty)

Boaty, you could make a fortune renting out your hedgehog to the gardening section of AB :-)
albs, the rose is struggling a bit, but will be OK. It's a bit young to cope with the weather methinks. It has two blooms and a three buds, It will be OK when it gets a decent bit of sunshine.

It's the first time I've seen a hedgehog in the garden this year. I don't know if it's Tiggy back or another one.

My rose has been struggling with the weather too but it has had approx 30 blooms and got another 20 buds. FIL is amazed at how many blooms we've had on such a young plant. I've been dead heading the blooms when they've died off and this should encourage more, he says. I do have another 10-15 buds so should get some more blooms this year. The scent on the blooms is fabulous too - Sylv would have loved them.
Our climber is looking very sorry for itself. Poor thing hasn't had the faintest idea when to flower or not, but there is no sentimental attachment to it other than I love the colour of it.

I hope it is Tiggy. (I was going to ask whether it was Mr or Mrs but when it's got a suit of armour it can be whatever it likes!!)
There's definitely a gap in the market for scent-o-vision.
I'm not in any hurry to find out albs! :o}

I have hopes for Living Memory Welshie, it is beautiful and the perfume is heavenly. Vera would love it.
A good idea albs, but it would be abused. :o{

Have you fed it, sweetpea? I'd give it a bit of a feed as soon as poss if you haven't, but don't feed after July (according to the experts!!). Our climber has produced it's first huge bloom and is growing really fast now
Only pleasant scents permitted.

Are you still talking to your forgetful 'mate' ? (From your reply yesterday)
