1ozzy no idea, the first one I had after a 13 year absense was because I'd lost my mum and I was having a terrible time. But I can't work out where this came from.
I might be around to see the GMEB lol, will be a first. I'm glad I have the dr today though.
Thats not good I usually sleep quite well, this is a bit disappointing for me

Thank you 1ozzy, Bunkmoreland and Tambourine.
I did get back to sleep as you probably saw. I'm feeling pretty shattered this morning and my throat is throbbing away - that could possibly explain why I had my Panic Attack. But a quiet day on the cards and thank you for your company earlier this morning xx

My usual problem is waking too early. Not had a full 8 hours for ages now. When I was younger that would have had me walking around in a daze/stupor all day. Last night it was a mere 5½. I feel sure this is insufficient to clear the nasty proteins from my brain and at last partially accounts for all the mental issues I'm having to excuse as "old age" these days. Forgetting things in a fraction of a second, saying the completely wrong word, doing something daft, etc. etc. etc..
I'm sorry to hear that you aren't sleeping well OG. 5.5 hours isn't too bad though. I average around 7 per night. But I'm sure you will get into a routine or something that feels normal for you, don't worry though about doing daft things or saying the wrong word, you are only human and we all do it...I know I do.
