Leftover, disappointing chicken with a mixed salad. Berries to follow.
Ohhh Eccles, remember the stark warning we were given over eating leftover chicken!
Stir fry with added bits and bobs including a birds eye chilli. The meat component is a couple of pork steaks found in the freezer when I defrosted it, cut into strips. I'm really looking forward to it.
I need a cook too, for a number of reasons I'm finding thinking what to have and then cooking it really difficult at the moment. Oh to have a personal cook to tell me each day what they're going to cook for me...
Oh yes, Eccles, you're risking your life you know, only an idiot would eat leftover chicken ;)

Cough, splutter..........sigh.......silence.......
Pan fried salmon and a rice salad. I haven’t finished the salad yet but so far it has mushrooms, celery, roasted pine nuts, orange pepper and apple. I have no idea how to bring it together but feel it needs a dressing, perhaps I will mix some lemon juice, mustard and olive oil.
Go on...live dangerously. ;-0

I'm tempted to make my own with spinach, goat's Cheese and caramelised onion.

It's not my recipe but it has garnered many a fan on AB!

Just cheese, tomato and shallots. I can`t eat knife and fork food when I`ve been working.
This ragu but I use more meat/wine/stock
