A pack of stella will do for me, not sure what everyone else will want.
Don't know how much, depends on whether they are heavy drinkers or not. Can you not ask them to bring a bottle of their choice as well as you have drinks there too...might help out cost-wise too.
Get some soft ones in for the drivers too
35 bottles of wine & 35 long straws. No washing up required.
don;t forget Rose and some soft drinks, lemonade for the shandy/spritzer drinkers
I would think most people will bring a bottle. If your not sure about the wine and cider etc why not get a big bowl and make some punch? My mum usually makes sangria but my friends usually just bung a bit of everything in with some fruit juice and some lemonade :-) Next party i'm going to make a big bowl of Margarita :-D
"for the shandy/spritzer drinkers"

Otherwise known as northerners.
you're brave, crafty's around somewhere

(ps shhhhhh i'm the shandy drinker :-(
Lot's...just buy lot's. Then have another party if it's not all drank.
Some places will do it sale and return if you overbuy.

Remember non alcoholic stuff though for the drivers!
