How dark is the bloody urine?

3 or 4 weeks is a long time to leave what could potentially be a very serious problem. He needs to speak to his GP ASAP !!!!!
Number 1's or number 2's ?
Question Author
Its number 2's, its light blood and it come's and goes, any answers plz :)
If it's light blood, that suggests its fresh and not dried. It could be a fissure (a small tear in the skin) which heals and gets re-torn periodically. Very common, but he MUST see a doctor to allay his fears and to make sure it is nothing more serious.
if it's very red (and not darker) I think it's more likely to be piles or some kind of small tear, but it's the sort of thing that needs checking with his gp.
Number 2..........is that from the back passage then?
Question Author
aye its from the back passage, and he's starting to get worryed about it
It's probably piles. But he should go to the doctors.
Yepp...piles are the popular choice and he should see his GP-
