I either stick things under my arm, or put down what I'm carrying, then switch off!

Quite often I use what I'm carrying in my hand - unfortunately this has led, on at least one occasion, to a spot of redecorating when the switch was a bit stiff and the object I was holding was a rather full cup of tea!

Nose, forehead, elbow.
Anything really.
Then I use copious amounts of kitchen paper to wipe up what I've spilt!

hehehe...thanks everyone, can you tell I'm a bit bored this afternoon?
I'm mostly a nose person myself, unless the switch is a bit stiff then it'll be my forehead.
I'm sure we'll all sleep soundly tonight now that we know each others full-hand switching techniques!

not light switch, but I use my big toe to turn off computer power button, saves me bending down...i am 49...

Happens to me every night, as I carry mobile phone, bottle of water and book into the bedroom. I usually use my left elbow, with a bit of body twisting.
