with this,
my joints are seizing up, which happened over two years ago, not enough fluid now in knee joints, which are somewhat red, crack constantly, permanent redness around the top of chest area, nape of neck, and both sides of neck, lightly touch face bridge of nose, neck and it crackles like popcorn, also its like an ear echo chamber as when i scratch my head or face even lightly, try talking to docs but they don't see to think its anything serious.
when i sit feel tingly, burning pain in knees, same for wrists.
i would never normally be in this time of day, now can't see to feel this is going to get better, looked back over notes i made over the last 2 and half years, nothing makes any sense.

What can i say? I have followed your medical status for about 5 years now.

All a doctor can do is to listen to your complaints and then examine you and order certain appropriate investigations. All the disorders that have been suggested by well intentioned ABers have all been explored and have drawn a blank.

Without a diagnosis, treatment is difficult and Drs don't like being unable to help their patients.

A&E would not be a good move.

I cannot help emmie...sorry.
Some of this sounds like dehydration, you say you are drinking fluid but how much? You need at least 2 pints a day, are you drinking that much, is your urine yellow or dark if so that is another sign of dehydration.
I do not think you have just one problem I think you have several problems and they are interacting with each other.

urine sometime clear others darkish with lots of frothy stuff in it.

sqad not 5 years, only joined in 2011. however i don't feel right,
whatever one thinks of my mental health status, it does go right with health issues, can taking a med like quitepine 25m have any impact medically speaking, they gave it to me back in 2011 so i could get to sleep.
i am never convinced many of these things help. i was told i had a psychotic episode years ago, a major depressive illness brought about by life changing events, two of which were job loss and death of o/h almost simultaneously, i coped well with all of it until three or four months after, and ended up in hospital, on a psych ward, vile treatment, and vile memories.

i have honestly struggled ever since, now the herpes came crashing in, and life stresses before that, made every thing much worse. i cope for a bit then don't, the senior GP said that my immune system goes crash,
one thing that is still apparent to me this rash overall, touch any part of my skin and it goes red, including round the belly, where horrors i found what looks like blood in the bully button, might be a scratch, no idea,
this overall dryness, tongue, throat, skin is a problem if i don't know what is causing it.
^^ Dark urine is a sign of dehydration, make sure you are drinking at least 2 pints ( more is better) of water or other caffeine free fluids per day. Do not drink coffee it makes the dehydration worse.
Question Author
belly button, crikey...
Quetiapine........are you still taking them?

Extremely unlikely that they will be causing your problems, but it is always possible. I am not suggesting that you stop them, but worth mentioning the possibility to your GP.
Question Author
i would say i am drinking more than that. I always take water out with me,
and drink before going out and after in doors.
Question Author
sqad, i wondered i know that have some rubbish side effects. the problem being the docs make you fearful of stop taking them or any meds for that matter to do with mental health.
Well emmie that is a decision for the experts......Consultant status.
Question Author
i know, however i hear the same things, don't stop taking it,
how do you know you have kidney probs, is it simply darker urine,
mine gets lots of froth, told before that was protein.......
Foamy urine in isolation means very little......almost probably normal.
Blood and urine tests are the main diagnostic tools for kidney and liver disease and you have had them....and have been normal.

You need to get Consultant status help.
Question Author
ever since the pancreatitis things have not been good health wise,
good thing i called the out of hours docs and not gone to surgery with the pain, as it was serious,
Question Author
what is consultant status help by the way
emmie..............we are going round in circles.

Consultant status......is a Consultant in the NHS.
not just your GP...... any idea whether past people you've seen have been a t that level?
Question Author

Question Author
