No, but I've had one from lying in my bed too long :)
I am currently in agony and walking as if I've had an accident. I was fine when I got up this morning but now have a dragging pain at both sides at the top of my bum.
I do if I'm driving a long way, cant ever get comfy
4getmenot, try a `bead` backrest, it really helps.

Do you all get lower pain at the side. Just so I know it's lazy pain...
i suffer from a very sore coccyx (?), to the point that when i stand after sitting down for some time it takes about 30 seconds before i can straighten up properly. i always sit sideways on the sofa with my legs tucked up to relieve the pressure on it. and have a squashy purpose made cushion with a cut-out bit for use in the car.

I sit crossed legged which is something I'm going to have to stop. I can feel it in my knees and ankles now :-(
oh eck ummmmm, you're getting old and catching me up :(
not that i'm very old i hasten to add......
Yep, all the time, and often if I stretch and arch my back (whilst seated) when I sit back normally again I get an awful shooting pain all across the mid-lower part of my back, it happened the other day and had to do some back stretches lol!
Women who sit on their ar$e all day tend to develop a fat one too
Yep, that's happening to me too Elvis!
I can confirm that the beaded seat covers help when driving. I suffer from sciatica and am in pain constantly. You can only get them at Halfords now but I would certainly recommend them.
Thanks for agreeing with my suggestion pips as I too suffer with Sciatica and find it really does help when it flares up.
I'm really bad at sitting properly and had some firm words from my osteo about posture, usually lie sideways on the sofa and sit on one leg.

I was recommended a lumbar roll and sloped cushion for my work chair and, although I was sceptical, it really did make a difference and my back was a lot happier. I get it at the middle of my lower back and the back of my neck and shoulderblades though quite possibly my arthritis playing a part as had abnormailities show up on xrays. I hunch over my desk as well which is really bad and really have to try and keep myself in check.

My osteo once said for me to rotate my lower arms from my elbow, just turn them in circles. He then said to stand up straight, roll my shoulders back etc... and do it again and see the difference, that proved a point :)
posture posture posture Ummmmm..
and cross legged sitting is the WORST!! I;m uncrossing mine as I type!!

Try imagining what your poor spine is doing as you are cross legged... all completely unnatural and bound to cause big problems the longer it goes on!

Nagging over! ;-)
