Sorry, snoring is a symptom and not a disorder. If it is affecting your life and it can in many ways, then ask your GP for a referral to an ENT surgeon who will endevour to make a diagnosis which would then from a platform for treatment.

My husband can snore for England & I once bought him some nasal strips. They certainly didn't work for him, as he often woke up with them stuck to his arms or ears! lol
As sqad has said, would be best to have a word with your GP.

becareful what you try id say, DONT buy the spray!!! me and my boyfriend both snore a little bit (hehe) so we tried the spray and both woke up with a terrible sore throat!!!!
dont mean this in a bad way but are you overweight?
me and boyfriend both never used to snore but have since but on a few stone between u and now we both snore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so we go the gym and eat healthier!! and slower are starting to see the results! if not, id go the doctor for advise, some of the crap they sell is plain useless!! xx
