If you're comfortable with what your're doing, carry on.
What on earth is kettlecise?
I'm just nosey :-)
As long as you are having days off to repair any damaged muscle, you should be fine. If you start feeling it is too much, then it probably is. If you love doing it carry on. Let your body tell you.

I'm 56 and do loads of exercise, always have. Zumba's my favourite at the moment but I also do aerobics, swimming and cycling. I think unless it hurts you should do as much as possible. Exercise is brilliant not only for your physical health but for your mental well being as well. Keep going!!!
