It's not a bank holiday up here in Scotland...
Been raining pretty much all day in Manchester.

Had a quiet day after a weekend back in the country spending time with family.
Well, it hasn't been warm, here in the wilds of Yorkshire. At the moment, it's raining and it's rather cool. Doesn't bother me, though. What have I been up to? Today Mrs. BB and I reconnoitred the route to a church (we've been invited to a wedding in 3 weeks' time) and we wanted to look at the parking arrangements. Suffice it to say, a bit of divine intervention a la parking would be nice. Upon return to base, it was sherry time, then sandwiches, then a G + T or two. Cheers to you, TWR!
Cold and wet here in East Yorkshire. Still good to be at home though, chilling, doing a bit of cleaning and bobbing in and out of AB (though not necessarily in that order). :o)
Been raining, light but steadily for last two days (Dover area) been working as normal but that's fairly chilled anyway so good weekend.
Strange how the hosepipe ban kicks in and it starts raining?
Rained most of the day, but weve been out for a nice drive to a local farm shop and picked up a bag of potatoes which 15 giant baking potatoes only £2.75 per bag. Weve had them before and they are beautiful. Also Jumbo free range eggs which are gorgeous only 95 for 6. So we are happy. Chilling out now and for the evening. Ive had no choc eggs to scoff but still have a hot cross bun left to share with a noce cuppa later
My hopes of a restful Monday went out the window when hubby decided he gonna do a littl diy and I ended up doing most of the work as he did his back in!!!!
Been pouring with rain all day here in Gloucestershire, so I've been hoovering and dusting while Mr Frog has been sorting out his tax return stuff. Whoopee.
Ummmm had a dry day and twenty miles from her I had a piddly soaking wet one! Chose dramatic black wallpaper for downstairs loo. Roll on the plumber refitting the loo. Getting too old for all this stair climbing. Braved the garden centre. Took back faulty flat pack chair. Opened wine and about to crochet lap blanket in colours of Somerset Cricket Club for daughter.
rain, mist, rain, mist and more.....lunch with sis, a fat spinach and chicken pie and then rasps with home made vanilla icecream, meringues and rasps, sloshed in cornish cream.

back to my maters as she has lost her jewellery (Alzheimer's memory - or lack of it) and may head out to the pub tonight.

Spent the week-end with family and today have been catching up with gossip with my bestest pal.
Rained all day here in Hertfordshire. Would have done some chores but there was a recording on tv of Phantom of the Opera's 25th anniversary show at the Royal Albert Hall. Nearly 3½ hours - fabulous!!
Got all togged-up in my waterproofs & went walking on Eyam moor in the Peak District.
I'm watching that right now FoxLee! The GoCompare man is Piangi! Brilliant!
Not much, watched tv, made toad in the hole
Got some gd news tho :-)
Lolled about, bit of tidying up, slept for a couple of hours... back to work tomorrow.
