I made american style soya pancakes for brekkie this morning with sugar free maple syrup and cream.... I love low carb diets

I tend to eat healthy in the mornings, yogurts, cereals and fruit. I make up for it later in the day though, bigmac and fries sometimes and chocolate or ice cream in the evening. One cancels out the other so my calorie intake is well balanced I would say......lol, that's my excuse anyway.

cake for breakkie!! how very spanish or french. most morning its porridge for me, or occasionally avacado on toast with lemon. or even beans on toast

Just finished two soft boiled eggs with marmite soldiers washed down with fresh orange juice. Coffee to follow in 20 minutes.
