Was in the solictors on friday,to set a price for mums house,and other expenses,not bad got a offer today for the full asking price!

Very smoothly,eventually got to mums,met up with my gardner,who is also my humper and dumper,cleared most of it to the recycling, and the rest down to my house,still some stuff there,that my sons friend will bring down,hope this sale goes through,no chain,so fingers crossed
