Tuesday. Dry and calm here this morning. How long for remains to be seen. Lots of cloud lurking so not hoping for any sunshine today.
I checked on tiggy yesterday, he's fine snug as a bug in a rug.

BTW slappy, I now have my two poppies and after a lot of swearing, I managed to assemble them. I have to say that I'm a wee bit disappointed. They don't look nearly so spectacular without their 888245 neighbours. However, it's all for an excellent cause and I still love them.

Boaty, I bought mine in Sept and Oct and my numbers were in the 6s and 7s even then. They were selling fast. When they arrive, they are quite grubby and muddy along the "stems" but I haven't cleaned it off. It's all genuine Tower of London mud and muck so I've left them they way they are.

Morning beej xx Yes, NYC is getting it bad. I have a friend in NYC and I sent him an email yesterday to wish him well and he emailed back to say that he's in Florida for a couple of week so he's quite ok. Bit worried about his house though in case of any damage.
