Does anyone else hate being asked if you have a 'points' 'nectar' 'club' or any other flippin store loyalty card. I'm sure it was quicker at the checkouts before all this 'funny' business

Aching after exercise

The day after I have been to the gym (do an hour - 1/2 on cross stepper 1/2 on bike or cross trainer). I have been getting a dull pain inbetween my shoulder blades. I warm up before and do stretches...
