Cocodamol.& ibuprofen

Taking 30/500 2 every 4 hrs and ibuprof 2 every 4 hrs can i take anythingelse?? Not really helping x

Recipie calls for plain choc...i like It but im sure my guets dont- my question is does it tase very "plain chocolatey" or would milk choco be ass effective- choc must be 70% cocoa min xx...
