vista os basic / when i load my computer it promts for the password then its shows the welcome screen and dose not go any further and keeps loading for ever so i switch of my computer reload it then...

we have a back boiler i have fully drain the radiators now when i turned the water back on the down stairs ones have refilled but the top radiators have not filled back up
