CLC 'free' holidays

Yes I know there's no such thing as a 'free' holiday. I have just had a phone call from this company to say I have won a week in the Canaries, self catering, It will only cost me ?25 admin fee (?)....

washing machine wont drain

anyone know what could be wrong - it is quite old, it washes, the drum turns, but water wont drain away. cant see any blockages, or trapped pipes.
