Spyware remover

Any good, free spyware REMOVERS out there? According to AVG on their full scan I have got 3 nasty things that they can't remove as they are "too big"?? Thanks, John..

when i do a full system scan with avira,. a report comes up at end of scan to say it has found 5 hidden objects. are these so called hidden objects files, and if so how can i establish what and where...
