honda nsr yoke bearings

bought a 2002 nsr that needed attention, bought new thrust bearings that are supposed to replace the old cup and ball bearings. but how the bloody hell do they fit? any help kindly receved.

honda NSR parts

am trying to remove the ignition barrel and steering lock from an old yoke so that it can be replaced, any ideas how 2. there is no head on the fixings if they are bolts, so posibly rivits, any ideas?...

moped wont start off the electric start.
