Bank charge refunds

I know there has been alot of threads on this but my bank have charged over ?400 in charges and i was going to write to them using the consumer action group letter formats. They wouldnt close my bank...

Fleas and litter trays!!

Me and the bf are getting bitten! We have 2 cats - i am adament they have not got fleas as have not seen any! The bf says its the cats!! So....the cats have been tablet treated and flea powder put on...

Basic bank account!

Multicystic ovaries

I have multicystic ovaries and possible endo or blocked tubes. Having lap and dye and hysteroscopy in december. Meanwhile when i cough i get pain around my ovaries - why?? :-(
