Roving Rugs...!

Can anyone tell me where to buy what my Nan calls "Cats' Claws"? They are small metal grippers which go on the underside of a rug and stop it roaming all round the room everytime someone walks on it.

I am searching for a shower head which is attached to a bulldog clip type of attachment which clips to the shower pole. I've seen them once in a guest house we stayed in which has since closed down....
