No Water in Tap

Hi We have come back from a week's holiday to find that there is no water coming out of the hot taps, no we did not turn the stopcock off and forget to turn it on, I am hoping there are some plumbers...

do i need jabs or 2 take tablets prior to going im told that i need 20 pounds per person to enter egypt is this true
