Yellow leaves

Recently in my hanging basket, some petunia leaves have changed to yellow. 1) Does anyone know why this is? 2) How to cure the problem? Many thanks!!

decking base

I want to build a deck in my garden but am unsure on the gaps when building the base, I think it should be about six inches apart ? can anyone advise
