Pain in the breast

Any ideas?  I've had a sharp (but not constant) pain in my right breast for a few days and this morning I thought i felt a tiny lump where it was hurting.  I'm seeing the doctor later today...

Dirty cooker door

My cooker door is rather dirty. Its mainly grease (among other things). I've tried all sorts to try and clean it, but the stains won't budge. How can I have a nice gleaming glass door again. Thanks.
