It's probably just me but I felt that CTM has really gone off. I endured it rather than enjoyed it. Don't know what it was but I didn't enjoy it very much at all. Anyone else feel like me?

Wheat Bag

Please can anyone recommend a thick wheat bag to put on my hip? I got one from Amazon but it's got hardly any wheat in it. I've been seeing the physio and she recommended applying a heat pad.
