how do I uninstall

I am trying to uninstall my "Alot" Toolbar. but when I log on to my Control Panel I find an Add Hardware Icon but no delete Icon.What am I doing wrong.?

For a few days now I have attempted to draw up the "Keep the faith" site.All I get is "Operation aborted. Yet a few days ago I had no problem with this site. Anybody help.?

I'm fairly new to PC's and I have a problem with Microsoft "Word". When I try to make a table and after designating the number of columns and rows I then press next but nothing happens.Why.
