Menstrual migraines

I suffer from these and thanfully although my symptons are milder than that of some poor people, they tend to go on for at least 3 days which is very unpleasant. My doctor has prescribed migraine...

Blood Pressure

Have just found out that my blood pressure is alot lower than it should be. Anyone know why it could be this low? Stress? Diet? And how can i improve it? All help appreciated x
