sprain?

i slipped yesterday and sprained my wrist. today after being at work it has become sore and swollen. I have taken ibuprofen what else can i do ?

Sky - changing channels

Don't know if this is the right section but anyway - Is there a decent device available to enable me to change sky channels from another room, without buying another digibox. Thanks in advance.

Carpet Stained

Sorry not sure what section to put this under, my son had a hughe nose bleed last nite and some got onto my beige carpet, i put some crappy 1000 carpet stain remover on it but it looks worse than...
