I'm stuck on 2 things:- 9D Ed's frozen because of your capsizing (5) FROR? M has to be left out of wordplay. Is it FRORE, FRORN or FRORY. All mean frozen (I take it the Ed refers to Edmund Spenser)....

Glucosamine and chondroitin tablets

I have been recommended to take glucosamine and chondroitin tablets to help with arthritis. Would these be OK to take as I'm on blood pressure tablets?
