How do i permanently add a "history" button to the top toolbar in the IE version that comes with Vista? I can access history temporarily via "tools" and "toolbars", but I can't figure out a way to put...

Does anyone have any experience of linking a credit card to a Paypal account. If I withdraw cash at an ATM, I'm charged the amount plus a fee. Does a payment to a seller on Ebay work in the same way...
