Where does the phrase "whatever's meant to be, will be" come from? I think I first came across it in a lit book but is it an actual proverb? thx xxx

What is the diference between a hard drive memoruy and a flash drive? I would like to buy a device that will hold most of my CD collection, but also want it to be easy to access and portable.
