PAF on Vista?

I use Windows XP, and am thinking of changing to a laptop with Vista. But I have a massive PAF (Personal Ancestral File) - will it run on Vista? Grateful for any help.

Downlights

The downlights in my kitchen have little glass (or plastic) lenses below the bulb. It is not obvious how these should be removed - to change the bulbs. Any advice would be appreciated.
