I am totally stumped with the picture of the statue on the back page.
I have all the other answers, apart from the date of birth of the man that the statue depicts. I haven't the faintest idea who the statue is.

I don't do it. I just thought there wouldn't be that many Statues of Cary Grant so Googled 'Cary Grant, statue'. Glad to have been of help.
