True story

Hi, I am a college student, female, and I live in South Korea. I have some very useful information for you!!!

Bananas are completely packed with fiber and potassium. Bananas are proved to improve digestion and boost metabolism. They are also high in resistance starch--which helps to make you feel full and content. Just for eating 1 banana for breakfast, I am not hungry until lunch. Also by eating bananas you will loose fat faster when exercising(than any other food). As stated earlier, bananas boost metabolism.

Vinegar is good for the body. People dont drink much vinegar because its too strong. However, it helps burn carbonhydrates and the excess fat in blood cells and fat stored in places of the body.

If you don't believe me, find out for yourself!!

So....I decided to combine to two together!

I made a banana-vinegar diet drink.

I began to drink 1-2 cups a day (mixed with some water).

I did not change anything in my exercise routine. I don't like to exercise. But I am forced to walk back and forth from school to home. That's all the exercise I do. I began to eat smaller portions after drinking my banana-vinegar, because I was not as hungry after I drank my banana-vinegar. I never skipped a meal. I ate less bread, less rice and didn't eat foods high in fat/carbs. I used to be a piggy eater. So I weighed 134 POUNDS(I am 20 years old, and 4'11.) I was OVERWEIGHT.

By eating smaller portions (not small..but regular portions) and cutting bread, not really exercising, and drinking banana-vinegar for 9 months......I LOST 20 POUNDS! Thats about 10kilograms. Maybe if I exercised along with drinking my banana-vinegar drink, I would have lost twice as much!

Many people would say that it was not just because of the banana vinegar. However without it I think I would have only lost 3-5 pounds. With it, i lost 20 pounds.

I now weigh about 104 pounds. I am happy.

This post is not very scientific, but it is TRUE!

If you want the recipe for the banana-vinegar diet drink, please leave a comment below and your email. I will send you the recipe.

(all you need is vinegar, fresh bananas, and some brown sugar)

Good luck everyone on your weight loss...achieve a healthy weight!!

More exercise, less calories, smaller portions. Do any of these, preferably a combination of 1 or more, and you will lose weight, anyone will.

Just the thought of it puts me off eating...don't think I could stomach it.
It's a bit worrying to think of the amount of vinegar that will be consumed, probably not recommended for certain stomach problems.
I've been eating a banana every day for years, it didn't make me lose weight.

There are some hypothetical mechanisms by which acetic acid may interact with process of burning calories, but thats all they are. There are some animal studies in mice that are suggestive that maybe acetic acid plays a part in the fat metabolism, but those studies are few and far between, small in scale, and have little relevance just now to human metabolism.

If you want to drink vinegar, go ahead - but it is unlikely to do anything significant :)

Stick to cutting out unneccesary carbs and fats, smaller portions, more exercise and you will lose weight.

This maybe works for you because Carbohydrate diet type person. But there are Protein diet type of people like me,that can not feel full when not eating proteins and fats.I believe that your story is true and I commend it.Its just that does not work for everyone.Remember fats does not make you fat, carbs do. :)
