i would also point out how unkind it is to revel in the mistakes of others, and also to contact someones work place to complain about them ...potentially causing them some trouble.
for all you know the person could be having a very tough time in their life and they make a tiny mistake...

there is a reason no-one else complained ...

you must be so proud...
