Just been prescribed chlorfenamine 4mg tablets for itching by my GP.
Take one at bedtime.
Can anyone tell me how long it will be before my itch goes away?

No idea....... Depends on whether the antihistamine is the correct treatment and assuming it is...the 48 hours. If you are still itching after that...then an antihistamine is not the answer.
