As has been said, there's no website. Assuming that your brother is deceased (as nobody has the right to view the will of a living person), and that probate has been granted, you can get hold of a copy of the will by completing this form http://hmctscourtfinder.justice.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/pa01s-eng.pdf and posting it (together with the £6 fee) to...

A will is a public document once it has gone through probate, you can send for a copy to the relevent probate registry or from the principal probate registry, where was the will proved?
