We had field mice when rented out accomodation to a young teacher Mary T. We took it as our responsiblity to buy traps,a sonic device and humane traps. The only things that got rid of the pests were glue pads but,as for expecting our tenant to pay? No. Even if we'd called pest control in the onus would have been on us to pay.

i had a similar problem told the landlord and they said to get traps in and they would deduct it from the rent.

if it's social housing get the council in £100 max outside the capital and guaranteed eradication.
