I have come across instances of their staff inventing receipts for goods never requested and charging customers by requesting payment by cheque which they then keep. Cannot be a new phenonomen - anybody been stung this way?

I have been a customer of NEXT, including having a NEXT Directory and have never had any issues with them at all. The only issue I do have is with the private couriers they use, my local courier is absolutely useless.

If I were you, I would be very careful about making accusations on here, there is such a thing as libel and if you have any hard evidence to support these allegations, have you telt the police?

Do you mean the staff are stealing cheques ment for their company, if so how can they cash them? Sorry your post does not make much sense.

I agree with Corby..if you have a problem make sure you have absolute proof and take it up with them privately.

I've been shopping with them for years, never had a problem and my courier's fantastic.
