We differ there, BM. I can drink any amount of cognac and stay reasonably sober. But wine... thudddd (literally).

Talking of PG - I can remember when Big Sis first discovered the joys of drinking it, in Jersey. It was difficult to find it here and I would regularly scour the supermarkets and off-licences to find some for her (not that I would have been going into off-licences, otherwise - naturally).

Now PG seems to be very popular and ever available. Not sure about in Scotlans though ...

lol, I am sworn to secrecy. It was one of many drunken evenings beside the camp fire, under the stars on the side of Ben Lora where we consumed far more that was safe for us. I still smile secretly at those glorious evenings. we are all old now, or have families. Those days are halcyon ones, never to be repeated but never to be forgotten!!!! And RIP Archie you glorious man. x
