Just watching th voice, and I know I'm getting old and old fashioned, but I really don't call this singing, they all seem to shout the songs, can nobody just stand and sing a song in which we can hear the words?

Do not think this show has any entertainment value at all...lot of them already have careers in music !!! Saturday nights used to be light entertainment where everyone liked to view ..bit of singing..bit of dance..bit of comedy...light hearted good fun..this is not !!!

bundleone.. they are shouty... ugh.. and I must be getting old .. and senile as I've just changed over for more of the same of the other channel....!! For Funks Sake! send me to Digitas!!!
Oh no.. I think The Voice is much better than the rest of the shows out there, talent wise. I have my favourites already :)
I agree, all those vocal tricks, totally unnecessary.
I agree that a lot of them are just shouting, but some are very good, Would like to know the application process as they all can at least sing
I love the voice and style of Bo Bruce who sang 'With or without you'..
I got shivvers down my spine when she first auditioned, and tonight too..
I'm so glad Danny chose her.

As for all the other screeching and warbling that went on, especially with the females, battling against each other, blimey, it hurt my ears! lol .. had to fast forward through alot of it.... or maybe I'm just getting old! ;o/
I actually saw some of this last night, thank goodness Denise didn't get through
She's been doing the Michael Jackson tour for too long and kept doing that horrible squeak thing with her voice and the Jackson moves. All to trite and staged for a talent show

Jazz was good =)

I agree with you OJ, I'm glad Ruth got in over Denise (the ex 5 Star singer)

My fave though, at the moment anyway, is the Bo girl, I really did like her
I liked the gospel choir man Jaz - I hope that he goes far - I quite like Ruth as well, but is she going to be reliant on her ability to hold one note for ages? if so, the novelty will wear off soon.
