seems to me you got a heck of a lot of PROFESSIONAL advice - if barmaid gives you advice its PROFESSIONAL - did you think she pulls pints? lol! Different Bar? (rister)........

Have you actually contacted a solicitor? The first half hour is usually free (as a general rule) and you ought to be able to get some basic advice in regards to your circumstances and an idea of the way forward.

actually - yes.. and I got really badly fleeced! - so far my divorce has cost me over 8,000 and they havent advised me or helped in any way.
no I have no savings and also have a 22,500 matrimonial debt which I have to take with me!

And how, exactly, are you going to know who is actually a professional on an internet forum?

Are you going to pick the answer you like the best and assume that person is correct because you like their reply?
People on your duplicate thread were trying to help you, obviously not good enough though
if you would like PROFESSIONAL advice, you need to pay a professional. although why you can't just ask the CSA is beyond me!
